SAVE THOUSAND DOLLARS INVESTMENT

In house facility of ELSA now open to public. The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design facility is waiting your order now. The PCB artwork available on paper, ortho film, file/diskette or mailed directly to your e-mail as .PDF file. You may also have a print out of your circuit diagram. This standard/professional drawing will make up your archive.

HOW TO ORDER

Fill in the order form, PCB size, PCB outline and part list. Any device/part which is not in the list then use the blank table.

DESIGN TIP

High part count for small PCB size will take a lot of man hours and higher
design cost. Please consider of using double/multi layer PCB.
Foot print (dimension) is required for non-standard part. Draw part layout
in milimeter block/sheet ; also include pad size and bore hole diameter.

SERVICE AND PAYMENT TERM

Upon receive the order form, ELSA will quote design cost and time. Customer should send the circuit diagram along with purchase order.

1. First payment, 50% must be received before the design start.

2. First step print out is circuit diagram. This drawing will be sent to Customer for approval. The PCB layout will be started after circuit diagram approval. This step is not required if Customer provides the circuit diagram from PROTEL or ORCAD.

3. Second step print out is layout check plot. This drawing will be sent to Customer for approval. Customer has one time chance to revise the check plot. The check plot will be revised as many as nescessary. Check plot revision due to Customer's fault will be charged 10% of design cost for each revision.

4. Last step is artwork print out. Second/last payment (50%) must be received before artwork delivery.

ELSA keeps the PCB files for 12 (twelve) months. Minor revision during this period will be charged 20% of design cost.

ELSA receives payment via bank transfer or credit card.

SAVE TIME AND CUT SHIPMENT COST

Files of circuit diagram, check plot and artwork will be sent free of
charge to Customer e-mail. Delivery of hard copy via post or express
mail is subject to shipment cost.

ORDER CANCELATION

If Customer can not accept the check plot, for example, because of :

- too many jumper
- too many part count (PCB size not fit)
- too thin trace

then ELSA has the right to cancel the order. In this case the first payment is not returnable. ELSA delivers the check plot as is.
