Our PCB CAD system can handle single to multi-layer (up to 16 layer), Through-Hole and SMD component. We accept design only or including the PCB. Small quantity as your prototyping PCB are welcome. Many choices of base laminates type you can choose.

File Formats for Schematic Capture :

Input :
Drawing from scratch, Protel Schematic, OrCAD STD or Image Input like PCX, BMP, GIF, TIFF, EPS and WMF.

 

Output :
Binary (Protel for windows) and ASCII or OrCAD binary.

 

Sheet Sizes :

Standard metric sizes A0, A1, A2, A3, A4 ; Imperial sizes A,B,C,D; and customized sheets up to 65x65 inches (1651x1651 mm). It can handle multiple hierarchical sheet.

 

File Formats for PCB Layout :

Input :
Protel for Windows binary and ASCII, Protel Autotrax, PADS-PCB, Tango-PCB, PCB Plus and Series II.

 

Output :
Protel for Windows binary and ASCII, Autotrax, Gerber, Excellon NC Drill, DXF.

 

PCB Size maximum of 32 x 32 inches (810 mm).

PCB Layers : 16 signal layers, 4 internal power plane layers. Artwork : 4 mechanical

(fab & assy) layers, 2 silkscreen overlays, 2 solder masks, 2 paste masks, drill drawing, DRC errors layer.
