We provides services to calculate the electronic system reliability analysis based on MIL-HDBK-217F Notice 1 and Notice 2 standard using our Reliability Prediction Software. The software is designed to perform parts stress and parts count reliability calculations using the procedures defined in MIL-HDBK-217. The software provides the ability to create a system of assemblies, calculate part failure rates, and generate reliability reports on the parts and assemblies in the system. Additional program functions include system design and part editing, hybrid and solid-state relay failure calculations, inactive item status, "black-box" assembly definitions, user-defined environments and qualities, computation defaults, access to part libraries, and import/ export/ merging of system data.
We also provides services to calculate the numbers of spare parts required to cover the warranty periods effectively based on POISON distribution calculation with cost effectiveness calculation (optimum cost for spare parts provided)
